Since 1951, the Association has created opportunities for leaders to exchange ideas, build relationships, develop professionally, and work together in service to their communities. Our purpose
To promote the professional advancement of the fire service throughout Alabama by uniting leaders, developing leadership, and improving the safety, effectiveness, and efficiency of fire and emergency response organizations.
