What departments should be prepared to reportEnginesReport the applicable engine type, pumping capability, onboard water, hose and equipment capability, minimum staffing, and any specialized operating limits. Tankers / TendersReport water capacity, dump and fill capability, pump capability, portable-tank support, minimum staffing, and whether the unit meets the applicable mobile water-supply type. Ladder CompaniesReport aerial configuration and reach, ground-ladder complement, pump and water capability when applicable, rescue equipment, minimum staffing, and company function. Rescue TeamsIdentify the team's recognized discipline, typing level, trained personnel, equipment package, self-sustainment capability, transportation needs, and readiness limitations. Command StaffReport qualified command and general staff roles, relevant credentials, incident-management experience, availability as an individual or team, and expected support requirements. CommunicationsReport interoperable communications capability, deployable communications personnel or equipment, power and support needs, and compatibility information through the secure department form. Wildland ResourcesReport apparatus or crew type, off-road capability, tank and pump capability, wildland equipment, trained staffing, PPE, deployment range, and self-sustainment. 3. ReportSubmit the information through the department form.
4. VerifyResolve questions with the Consortium before the record is finalized.
5. UpdateConfirm capabilities and contact information annually and after major changes.
