Purpose

The Alabama Association of Fire Chiefs (AAFC) exists to promote the professional advancement of the fire service throughout the State of Alabama. The AAFC unites fire service leaders to exchange ideas, develop leadership, and improve the safety, effectiveness, and efficiency of fire and emergency response organizations.

To lead the way in the fire service by seeking innovative methods to improve and to set the standard for the future. We believe in preparing, responding, and constantly improving to serve our communities with excellence and integrity.
